"We were under the impression that there was an indoor and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was one of the only reasons we decided to stay at this motel. We were greeted by a woman who was very nice and told us to call if we needed anything. We got our swimming suits on and proceeded to go to the outdoor pool to find it a total mess, and of course it was not working, I believe this is false advertising and I will not recommend this motel to anyone in fact I plan to tell as many people as I can not to stay there. We sat outside for awhile and then we decided to go to another motel w/out checking out. I realized I was going to get charged whether we stayed or not. We phoned another motel and stayed there. The next day I phoned them to tell them I was sorry I did not check out and told her why. She acted like it was the internets fault for all of this and the motel has nothing to do with it or the pricing that goes along with it. I just asked what was being charged to my account and then hung up. I guess you live and learn but I would have thought they would try to keep the customer happy. I will pass on this experience and I will tell as many people as I can not to stay there."

"The hotel is supposedly going through rennovations but I can't say I saw too much. I stayed at this about 10 years ago when it was a Holiday Inn Holidome -- it was much nicer then. We stayed in an exterior room. Don't. Very, very noisey. We had some black beetles in our room that, when I told them at checkout, they pretty much said we had a cheap rate and they weren't going to do anything about it. The staff was friendly and I had no problem getting extra bath towels but they don't care about your comfort beyond anything they have at the desk."
